Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the SwitchBot devices, including all original accessories, manuals, and batteries, into the original product packaging to ensure safe transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
